I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. I particularly enjoyed the delicious Ethiopian food served at the restaurant. However, my room was not up to par as it was dusty and uncomfortable, which really affected my stay. I also faced some issues with the hotel's policies regarding my transit, which made me feel quite trapped at one point.
